Find Your Confidence & Embrace Your True Self
Those thoughts keep you stuck in anxiety, fear, and overwhelm, and that’s not your fault!
Our society makes it a badge of honor to hustle until you literally collapse, tells you it’s selfish to want to do something kind for yourself, and that your voice doesn’t matter.
Truth bomb! Those are all lies!!
Because when your cup is full, then it’s easier to give and care for others.
If you’ve got an empty cup then trying to be the helper that you love to be will just feel like a chore and that’s no fun for anyone.
(and if your inner critic just started shouting nonsense in your ear, like “you’re not worth it,” “you don't have time,” or “there’s no freakin way this can work,” then please read on. These words are written precisely for you.)
“Everyone and their Grandma’s cat seems to be a Life Coach of some sort these days, but every once in a while someone comes along who can 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗟𝗬 help people see their own greatness and take steps to embrace it and live a fulfilling life… Kerstin Phillips is such a one!” -Elizabeth M.
Hi! I’m Kerstin Phillips, Life Coach & Yoga Instructor.
I guide women and non-binary folx out from the shadows so they can embrace their true selves, feel confident in their decisions, and define their purpose, because everyone is valuable and no one deserves to be overlooked.
Let me backup for a minute and share a bit of my past so you can understand how I show up as a coach and instructor.
By age 32 I’d fulfilled all of my lifelong dreams: graduated college, married by 25, had my first kid by 30, and living in Berkeley, California. I was working as an accountant (a job I was good at but didn't love).
There was this part of me that felt off, like something important was missing, like I should have been born with wings. But that just felt kinda crazy to say out loud, so I fell into the blackhole of personal development.
I was afraid to spend big bucks on fancy sounding programs or a personal coach, but when I look back at all the money spent on books and unfinished self-guided programs, I could have hired a personal coach for several years!!
I finally invested in myself when I signed up for yoga teacher training. Yoga had been the one thing in the midst of my 30s mid-life crisis that kept me sane and I knew that becoming a yoga teacher was the right step for me, I just had no idea what would happen after that.
And yet, there was that part of me that still felt missing, like clipped wings, or a missing arm. It ached at me and I didn’t know what I was looking for until it found me.
I became a Life Coach, and not just any coach, the training I went through is designed for yoga teachers, meaning the philosophies and meditation enter the coaching space, so I can show up fully present for my clients.
You’ve got skills and talents inside of you too.
Many of which you hide because you were told you couldn’t make money with them, you shouldn’t want to do them because you’re a girl, or you saw other people ridiculed for having the same skills as you.
A Client Story:
Kathleen worked in the medical field and got promoted to management, which meant a higher paycheck and more responsibility. That should have been a good thing right?!
She wanted to be a microblade artist (where you make people’s eyebrows look amazing!!) and she even got certified to do it, but she was too scared to start her own business.
Then Kathleen hired me as her coach, she discovered who she is at her core and it was like a door was unlocked inside her!
After working with me, Kathleen successfully quit her day job and become a microblade artist full time. Her next goal? To become a tattoo artist, I’ve already asked her if I can be her first tattoo client.
Most folx start with a Complimentary Consultation with me to discover which program is best for them.
