About

Your brilliant brain is always racing…

You're drowning in unfinished to-do lists, saying "yes" when you desperately need to say "no," and wondering why everyone else seems to have this "adulting" thing figured out.

The cycle is exhausting:

  • Overwhelm leads to procrastination
  • Procrastination triggers perfectionism
  • Perfectionism creates more overwhelm
  • Meanwhile, your own needs keep getting pushed aside
  • And the only way you get stuff done is when other people need you

Does that sound familiar?

If so, then I want to reassure you that…

you're not broken

You've been trying to function in a society that wasn't designed for the way your brain works, so you've been coping to the max and it's draining alllllll of your energy.

Making the smallest task feel impossible.

And the voice in your head berating you saying, "you should be able to do this, what is wrong with you?!"

The truth is there's nothing wrong with you.

You just need better boundaries. (and I bet you just went, "wait, what??")

When you're constantly over-thinking, you're in a flight or flight mode.

That means you're constantly assessing your surroundings trying to figure out what you need to do to make sure everyone else feels comfortable and has what they need.

But that also means you're constantly chameleoning yourself into who you think the people around you want you to be.

How do I know this? Because that used to be me...

Hey, I’m Kerstin, The Boundaries Coach

I help over thinkers stop saying yes when they mean no and set healthy boundaries without the guilt.

But before I became The Boundaries Coach I was an anxiety-filled-hot-mess-that looked cool as a cucumber from the outside.

I did everything I was supposed to do...

  • went to college 🎓
  • got married 💍
  • had a kid 👧🏼
  • bought a house 🏡
  • got a good job with benefits 💰

But I was miserable! And I felt guilty for being miserable because I did all the things, so I should be happy. But I wasn't happy...

I had to stop trying to be what I thought I "should" be and instead embrace my weird, quirky, funny self.

It was hard...really hard at first.

I knew I had to find my "true self" but I didn't' know who she was beaus I'd always defined myself based on the people around me and who they need me to be.

That changed everything for me.

I learned to listen to my internal cues (my intuition) and figure out which parts were "me" and which parts I'd learned from someone else.

I started to feel more optimistic and hopeful.

AND I started to trust my decisions without agonizing or second guessing.

That was turning point for me.

That means that I get to decide what I do with my time.

And honestly?

It feels REALLY good to say no.

So if you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, broken, and like you just can't say no to people when they ask you for your help, then this space was made for you.

This space is for you if:

  • Have a ton of ideas, but the simplest tasks (like changing a lightbulb) feel monumental.
  • Want to make decisions easily, but when you do make a decision you second guess it to a level of agony.
  • You love being creative (though finding the time can feel hard)
  • Love learning (especially reading and podcasts).
  • Crave someone to hold your hand and guide you out of the confusion, overwhelm, and anxiety, so you can finally get sh*t done without procrastination and guilt.

This space is not for you if….

  • You never second guess yourself
  • Your to-do list is empty at the end of every day
  • Love hustle culture

So if you're an over-thinker who's been telling yourself that there must be something wrong with you, welcome!

You are in the right space to learn how to feel lighter, waaaaaaay less anxious, and to build trust in yourself that you never thought was possible.

I'm so glad you're here!!!
