Boundary Breakthrough is a 1-hour private coaching session for exhausted over thinkers that want to stop saying yes when they mean no and learn how to say no without guilt.

Meet your new coach: Kerstin Phillips

Kerstin (she/her) is The Boundaries Coach, a yoga instructor, and founder of Love & Live Wellness. She helps exhausted over-thinkers stop saying yes when they mean no—and finally put themselves first without the guilt.

Kerstin has led numerous journaling workshops, yoga teacher trainings, and creates genuine safe-spaces everywhere she goes. She’s published the Ditch Your Doubts Journal and The Less = More Planner and is writing a book on boundaries.

She lives in Berkeley, California on unceded Ohlone land with her husband, teenager, and cats: Pesto & Tacocat. Kerstin loves reading fantasy and mystery novels, hiking in Tilden with her family, and drinking copious amounts of tea.
